About a month ago we went camping to Ensign Ranch, which is a church campground in Eastern WA. We had a lot of fun. They have an awesome water slide that we had a blast on! It is on the Yakima River, and at that time of the year is really low and slow, so we took our queen air mattress on it and Nathan and I and the kids floated down the river! Enoch fell asleep and Ariana would freak out every time she saw some "rapids" coming. They were tiny, so she finally got use to it and didn't freak out anymore.

Ariana got to ride horses while we camped at Ensign Ranch! $3.00 for 15 minutes!!! So CHEAP! She loved it!

My dirty camping boy...
On our way home from that we stopped for a hike at a place called Denny Creek. They have a slippery slab where the river runs down this flat rock, I guess you can just call it "Natures Waterslide" Nathan's brother, Lane, took the tube down first and then I did it (after I saw that he survived) and then Nathan's Mom did it and then his step dad did it. It was so fun! I am waiting for them to download the videos on You tube, so I will let you know when they do that.
For Labor Day weekend we took a ferry and went to Zion's Camp (another church campground). Here are some pictures from Zions....
It was fun! They had swimming (in a fairly warm lake), boating, frisbee golf, archery, ping pong, awesome swings, a playground for the kids, are really nice lodge, showers, rope swing, tether ball, all kinds of sports equipment to check out! And it's all FREE! (except you have to pay to camp there of course, but it's dirt cheap!)

Ariana and Enoch in their favorite swing at Zion's Camp.

Here we are at Hood Canal (near Zion's camp). We showed Enoch a crab and then he wanted to hold it!

Hanging around the smoky fire with pyro Nathan.

Just waiting around for my parents....

WEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Child control!

I wanted to throw up soo bad! I was more queasy than being pregnant!

Give Ari a hug and kiss for us we hope her stitches heal really good. O and make sure you put sun block on her everyday once they are out. It will help it from scaring.
